The Ever Growing To-Do List

The Ever Growing  To-Do List

I am going out of my mind with trying to keep all my projects straight. I start a lot of them and it takes me forever to finish them. I can’t seem to stop starting projects even if I don’t really have the time to finish them. Maybe seeing them listed one by one on this blog is going to shame me into actually finishing them before starting any new ones. Maybe not. But how am I going to find out if I don’t try it. So before I start panicking – here they are with a drop dead due date:

Quillow for P’s best friend – 1 Nov 08

Quilt for my older sister – Christmas

Placemats, napkins and coasters for my mom – Christmas

Big Floor Pillows for my daughter, nephew and niece – Christmas

My husband’s Christmas present (nope, I am not writing down what it is because I know he is going to read this!) – Christmas

Bird Ornaments for my father and mother-in-law – 15 Nov 08

2 quilt tops – Christmas

7 gratitude wraps for the various teachers of my kids - Christmas

7 Trick-or-Treat Bags – Halloween

Poncho for my daughter – Christmas

Leaves for our Thanksgiving Table – Thanksgiving

Fabric Pumpkins – Now

Sock Skeletons – Now

Paper Pumpkins Now

Cow Pillow Case – Now

Okay, I am not going to add anymore even though many more started projects are coming to my mind. How big are your to-do lists and do you think your are going to make your set deadlines? I also need to figure out how to add photos to my posts. Ah, the fun of trying to figure out something new :-)

Oh, I got the new Anne-Marie Horner “Seems to Me” book in the mail on Friday. It is really rare that I get a book before its official publication date in the mail due to it going through the APO mailing system. So I was really excited to get my hands on this wonderful and absolutely gorgeous book. I will talk more about this book tomorrow because my husband is dying to get back on it to play Ages of Empire III. I really need a functional laptop!
